Winsor & Newton Pastel Pad (Earth Colors)

Winsor & Newton’s pastel paper is made with a high cotton content and is dyed in the pulp to give an appropriate texture, as well as strength and permanence, over time. Neutrally sized, it presents a grainy, rough surface offering a very good pigment uptake. It is available in two pallets of 6 assorted, highly lightfast colours consisting of either earth or grey tones.

Free from acids and optical brighteners, this paper is of archival quality for stability and resistance to ageing. Winsor & Newton pastel paper is made using hydroelectric power to reduce greenhouse emissions and FSC certified pulp to protect forests.

These pads are ideal for sketching and drawing with pastel, graphite, charcoal, sanguine, or other mediums that emphasise shading and highlighting techniques. They can also be used for other arts and crafts.
