Liquitex Basics Gloss & Matte Gel Medium

A range of mediums adapted to those who desire to vary the effects of their acrylic colours at a cheaper price than with the professional mediums ranges. Ideal for students and amateur artists with limited budget. The mediums are permanent, non-yellowing. Flexible tube of 200ml.

Gloss Gel Medium – A heavy bodied, transparent, gloss painting medium, excellent for texturing, glazes and brilliant impastos. An outstanding adhesive for collages. Can be diluted with water up to 25%. Do not mix with turpentine or oil. Always test first for best results.

Matte Gel Medium – A heavy bodied translucent gel medium. Retains brush marks. Mix with acrylic paint to improve colour blending, extend paint volume and drying time. Excellent glue for collage. Thinning beyond 25% can cause poor adhesive. Do not mix with turpentine or oil. Always test first for best results.
